The motto of the organization is "Building Together Flourishing Community" and Lamitnadev works together with needy families and children attempting to define what their needs are and then providing an integrative solution through programs for children, youth at risk and parents, Our main Goal is to Help People Help Themselves (To give them fishing rod [tool] not fish [food]).
Our Vision is to create organize and independent communities working for themselves in all fields in order to create flourishing and vital communities.
To achieve this Goal we work with the community people and try to build leadership in the community in order to stop working in those neighborhoods. We believe that this is our mission and that our success is measured up to this parameter.
We believe that we have to give full solution to those communities instead partly solution The uniqueness of our work method is that the activity is a "root canal" of sorts that fights against risk factors among children without detaching them from their natural environment, while influencing additional social circles that surround the child – school, families and the neighborhoods, out of the faith that each person has his/her own place in society, to receive and to give, and that mutual and social responsibility is the way to build a moral and strong society. As far as our knowledge reaches other organizations in the city take care of specific issues and don’t give integrated care for a family or neighborhood as a whole with the aim of empowering the community to an independent and vital one.
